Greetings! I'm Kerry Maybank, the visionary behind Strategic Links LLC. With over 35 years of experience, my professional journey spans the realms of systems / process engineering, project management, business development, and finance. My organizational leadership experience includes two-time Chapter President (undergraduate and professional), two-time Regional Chairperson, and National Chairperson of the National Society of Black Engineers, reflecting over 40 years of commitment to community service and leadership.
I have dedicated over 15 years designing Navy Combat Systems. My final stint serving as Senior Member of Staff of Combat Systems Engineering for the AEGIS Combat System. As a certified Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt and trained Black Belt, I bring precision and efficiency to every project. I have also worked as a systems integrator in the intelligence community and served as a senior engineering consultant at top U.S. firms like Goldman Sachs, Citicorp, BellSouth, and The Vanguard Group, showcasing the depth of my technical acumen. My journey is a testament to a career marked by versatility and adaptability. I have even served 2 years, most recently, as the General Manager of the newest professional sports franchise in NJ,

As NSBE National Finance Chair I have demonstrated a commitment to financial stewardship at a national level.
I have also invested in top entrepreneurship education, having completed The Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program at Wharton Online. My entrepreneurship experience extends to real estate development as a Founding Member and past owner of HMR (Hardy, Maybank, & Rayford) Development, coupled with my ownership of TMG (The Maybank Group), a business consulting and engineering firm. This rich 30+ year entrepreneurial experience, positions me to guide Strategic Links LLC towards unprecedented success.
